AS LONG AS YOU HAVE RESERVED YOUR UNIT BEFORE IT HAS BEEN FINISHED, YOU CAN SELECT ALL FINISHES THAT WILL BE INSTALLED IN YOUR HOME. CABINET COLORS, COUNTERTOPS, FLOORING COLORS, ETC. AFTER ALL, WE WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR NEW HOME!
YES, THERE IS A MONTHLY ASSOCIATION FEE OF $500 (ESTIMATED).
THE FEE COVERS ALL COMMUNITY MAINTENANCE (LANDSCAPING, SNOW CLEARING (INCLUDING WALKWAYS), MASTER INSURANCE, SHARED SEPTIC MAINTENANCE, AND THE EXTERIOR BUILDING ENVELOPE OF EACH UNIT. THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT FULL INSURANCE WILL BE INCLUDED, THEREBY REDUCING OWNER INSURANCES TO PERSONAL BELONGINGS ONLY. I F THAT IS THE CASE, THE FEE MAY INCREASE SLIGHTLY - BUT WILL RESULT IN A LOWER PERSONAL INSURANCE COST FOR THE OWNERS.

UNITS THAT ARE IN THE MIDDLE WILL BENEFIT FROM HAVING UNITS ON EITHER SIDE SHIELDING THEM FROM THE ELEMENTS. AS SOON AS WE HAVE A FINISHED UNIT IN PLACE AND CAN GAUGE THE COSTS WE WILL UPDATE THE ESTIMATE HERE.

WE AREN'T SURE YET. THE TOWN MAY TAKE UP TO A YEAR TO CATCH UP ON ASSESSMENTS, SO WE ARE NOT SURE WHAT THE VALUATIONS WILL BE AT THIS TIME. BASED ON UNITS IN DUXBURY THAT ARE SIMILAR, WE EXPECT THEM TO RANGE SOMEWHERE BETWEEN $7,500-$9,000 (DEPENDING ON UNIT SIZE) - BUT THAT IS JUST A GUESSTIMATE AT THIS TIME.
